Summary:
This is one of the fish that we are known for. We work directly with a northern fleet to ensure we have the best supply of Halibut around. Halibut is an absolute staple of the seafood industry becuase it has very tasty white, flakey flesh. This fish can become extremely large, but is typically sold in boxes or totes of 10/20 lb fish, 20/40lb fish, 40/60 lb fish, 60/80 lb fish, 80/100 lb fish and 100+ lb fish.
