Summary:
This silver, golden fish received its name "dorada" in acient greece for having a golden color in between its eyes. This fish is known to live in the Mediterranean Sea mostly, but can also be found in the Black Sea and Eastern Atlantic Ocean. Dorade is usually served grilled, fried, boiled or even steamed. This is primarily a farmed fish and we only work with producers who participate in responsible aquaculture practices.
