Blue Points are an oyster with a long and rich history on the East Coast. These oysters are bottom cultured, creating a hard shell and unified look. The Bluepoint flavor profile can vary due to the many different farmers growing them, but ours are slightly sweet, with a very briny finish. These will have a very plump, silky meat.
